My resident experience has been wonderful . In August it was five years that I have been living here. There are always new people to meet and stay friends with the people that have been living here. The staff and maintenance people are wonderful. It is a very nice place to live

I enjoy living here. The amenities and staff are professional and very helpful. The place is very well maintained and beautiful. The social activities are varied, and there is something here for everyone to do. I highly recommend living here.

Will be moving in September 30th. Anxious to get there. Leslie took me on the tour of the building. So many great activities. Love the ADA apartment which will be mine soon. Can't say enough about Leslie's patience with all my questions and seeing basically the whole building. Looking forward to meeting other residents!

i enjoy the strong sense of community. The staff is always willing to help. My apartment is roomy and has the best appliances. The location of The Grove is close to shopping and restaurants. I enjoy the new games I have learned and the new friends I have made. The Grove is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.

Since I have been here it has been a blessing for me,the community is beautiful everybody doing there thing,and the amenities are great.But the best is the team of Paul and Brandon excellent at what they do.The staff here is terrific they go out of their way to take care of your needs.

I Love living here. Good friends, support when you need it. Can be alone or always someone to talk to or play games with if you want. If sitting by the pool is your relaxation or swimming in the gorgeous pool it's all available all the time. Make a suggestion of someplace to go, before you know it, you have 10 people willing to go.

Having lived at The Grove for 3 1/2 years, I can still say I'm thankful this is my home! I've found The Grove to be more than just a 55+ Community. It's a family! I felt welcomed to The Grove "family" from day one! Even though the dynamics have been much like a real family with diverse personalities, being a part of this "family" has been life enriching for me! From the times I've spent making friends with fellow residents to the connections I've made with the staff, I know I'm a part of a caring community. And... not only are the facilities like a 5 Star resort, but the amenities and activities provided have given me a feeling of being on vacation 24/7! You can't beat that! I'm definitely where I'm supposed to be!

I’ve been living at The Grove for one year and have so many positive experiences since I’ve been here. To name a few: lovely, well-maintained apartments, with several choices available; great assortment of activities; lovely areas to meet with friends or simply sit and read; beautiful pool; and outstanding staff and maintenance crew. There’s so much to say about The Grove. My life has changed since I moved here.

I have had many great experiences. The enjoyment of having a wonderful pool. The exercise classes which helps you to stay fit. There are so many games to play which keeps your brain going. I have met so many wonderful people.

We have been given new restrictions aimed at our returning friends. No reason has been given. Thursday event called Tapas has new restrictions and it is so loud and endless wait to get a few scraps if you are last in the order that is called. A few times there is no food for the last tables.

The staff here at The Grove is outstanding and that includes Maintenance. Any issue or problem is addressed immediately and professionally. I’ve lived here almost 2 years and I’m so happy I selected this lovely community.

Lots of events but not a Grove full=time yet. We are still selling our home at Waterbridge in Carolina Forest and will be more involved once home is sold and we have moved=in.

I originally felt ok here even though it's not safe at least I'm on the 4th floor. New rules really has me ready to move. Since I've lived here I was always able to have a friend and her small dog over for dinner now no dogs are allowed. Also any guest we have cannot be alone in the building or the pool. I sometimes get 3 guests since I live alone and have 2 bedrooms..How can I possibly be with all 3 at the same time? One loves the pool, my brother likes playing billiards etc. The letter sent out to former tenants was very insulting. They did make friends and would come and visit. Can't leave visitors alone but when people are moving in or out the outside door stays stuck open for hours. How safe is that? Rules are crazy, the same person making the rules treated my sister and her friend to a cocktail at the pool and they were alone!! Didn't know about the rule then. Too bad

I absolutely love living at the Grove. As an example today a holiday we had a resident led 4th of July party. Happy birthday America. Our 250 year anniversary. The residents are wonderful and do activities together. Always something to do.

The Grove at Coastal Grand is amazing! It's not only an apartment, it's a community! We've made so many new friends here and we really enjoy the special events that are planned for us. Did I mention the fabulous pool! Wow!

I celebrated my 3rd anniversary at the Grove In April and I will renew my lease when it is up in October. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many amenities for the residents to enjoy and it is easy to make new friends in this 55+ community.

We just moved from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. All the paperwork and planning on The Grove side went smoothly and helped get us settled into an immaculate and grand apartment. Moving is not something anyone looks forward to. The Grand did everything to help make the process comfortable and we are settled into the exact apartment we wanted. We selected to stay at the Grove for years now.

I absolutely love living amongst my peers of 55 and older residents. I know most of my fellow residents and consider them my friends. There's always something to enjoy doing at The Grove. Now that the weather is warm, I avail myself of our wonderful salt water pool whenever possible. Hanging out at the pool is one of the most social places to gather and meet up with others. I plan on living at The Grove for a long time to come!

Very happy at the Grove. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Maintenance requests are quickly addressed. Building is nicely maintained. Pool side is our favorite place to be. It feels like we are in a resort enjoying a vacation when in actuality it is our home. Several events which gives us the community environment we were looking for

This is so easy to review. What a wonderful "resort" I found here at the Grove. I continue to meet new friends all the time. The activities that are planned are great. The tapas every Thursday is a real treat. Thank you very much Tonya. And of course the entire staff are great. Thank you Grove for making my retirement a joy!

Excellent. Clean beautiful landscaping nice office staff. I especially love the exercise classes. The cardio, yoga, balance - all taught by experienced teachers.

Everyday living at the Grove seems to get better and better. The staff is wonderful. They are always very friendly and willing to help if you need something. The maintenance men are always very polite when they come to fix something. I enjoy very much living here at the Grove.

I love living here. The people and management are so nice. I don’t really have family close by but I am happy here and that is what matters. Nelly is happy here too. I have lost a couple of neighbors which is sad but I was lucky to know them. Susie was my Wednesday night movie person and Carol I considered a friend and will miss. As I said there are so many wonderful people here.

During the cold snap the furnace was blowing cold air. Paul and Brandon got right on it and ran upstairs to the roof and back down to the apartment many, many times. They went through diagnostics until they found the thermostat was faulty. Paul replaced it and "presto", that warm toasty feeling returned. They are wonderful. They seem to know everything and they are pleasant and able when here for any problem. I feel so secure knowing maintenance problems are not my problem.

Starting with the manager, Shep, we have an incredible staff. The apartments are equipped with the best appliances. The residents are friendly and fun to be around. The grounds are kept immaculate and the public spaces are kept clean. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and each area was appropriately decorated. I love living here as restaurants and stores are close by. I highly recommend The Grove.

I have been living here at Coastal Grand for almost 4 years and it is the nicest place I have ever lived. The staff are wonderful, if I ever have a problem it is taken care of in a timely Basis. The residents are very friendly and there are plenty of things to if you want to. I would recommend living here to everyone.

You’re paying a premium here. No golf carts allowed, per management. Maintenance issues seem to be addressed promptly. Wish “tapas” was less food to allow all the residents who want to attend, can.

We've had an amazing year here at the grove.. I keep trying to bring my friends down from jersey.But every time I do, people yell at me that they don't want any more yankees here, that is a joke.. Everyone I share the pictures to where I live. I tell him I live in a southern style of the Waldorf. Astoria this amazing I wouldn't have in any other way!!

My resident experience has been wonderful. I love living at the grove. The location is very convenient. It is not a conjested area. The residents are all helpful and friendly. We check on each other . The staff is especially helpful. They are always willing to help. This is why I love the grove.

Love living in a place that is active. Every time you go through the social room there is always someone to talk to for a few minutes or play a game with. Love when there are activities on the week-end. Keeps us entertained all the time.

I have lived here a year and a half and I am completely satisfied with my whole experience. After six months I moved from a one bedroom into a two bedroom apartment. I am totally happy with my move. I am a guy that needs space and I now have that. I also have to say how much I like and appreciate the management and above all the maintenance department. Looking forward to getting back into that wonderful pool !

I am so sad for Dorrie leaving us. I leased my apartment from her site unseen. She has been a support person since I've been here. I wish her well and I hope The Grove does well. The rumor going around as soon as she left was she got fired. I would hope the staff would be more professional than spread a gossip - true or false. That kind of "leaked" news appears hateful and beneath what we have come to expect from our respected Grove employees.

We have enjoyed living at The Grove. It is a safe, cheerful, friendly environment. Our Apartment is very nice. We have enjoyed the pool, gym, billiards room, tapas, yoga classes, sip and social, pickleball court, vendor events, and other events as they arise. We would definitely recommend this community apartment to others.

I have lived here one year. It was the best decision I ever made. I love my apartment and balcony (thank you Dorie), the welcoming look of the lobby. The staff are great. But the entrance....the grounds are fabulous. My son in law said he can't wait to be 55!
